Shipping and Handling

Each product will be wrapped and shipped using adequately sized boxes and your items will be well protected during transportation. 

• We ship in Albania and Kosovo by ordinary and express couriers.
• Packages are generally dispatched within 1-3 working days from the receipt of the order and are shipped via courier with tracking number. 
• You will receive the tracking number of your package as soon as it is picked up from the courier. 
• Shipping costs include only handling and packaging charges and postage.

Follow the steps below to see the shipping costs for your chosen products in the cart: 

1. Add products to cart
2. Complete the order by entering your shipping details
3. In the checkout page you will see the exact shipping amount 
4. Proceed the order
5. A confirmation email will be sent to your email inbox (check your spam folder if you don’t receive one)
